1 This race is subject to the rules of ASA and ASWDRRA. 2 Licensed athletes must participate in their club colours and display ASA 2006 licence numbers on front and back. All other athletes must purchase and display temporary licence numbers (cost = R15.00) 3 In order to qualify for age group category prizes, category signs (eg 40, 50, 60) must be worn visibly front and back. Minimum age 20 years 4 All athletes must fill out their details on the card provided, place it in the plastic envelope and affix it to their person. 5 All seconding must comply with ASA rules (stand and hand within 200 metres of an official seconding station). Seconding stations will be at intervals of no more than 3 km. 6 Athletes must keep on the right hand side of the road in single file for their own safety. All competitors must comply with any instructions given by officials and marshals. Non- compliance may lead to disqualification |
