General Information and Route Map

The 32km race is being held on Saturday the 5^th May, and starts and finishes at the Ebb and Flow Resort in Wilderness. The race starts at 08.00am and a new route takes the runners and walkers alongside the Langvlei lakes to Rondevlei, then up a challenging hill to the plateau, through farmlands with lovely views of the Outeniqua mountains to reach the Seven Passes road, from where the route follows the same course as in the 65km event. There is an addition to the organising team this year, with the new Eden Athletics Club joining Sedgefield Striders to host the event.
