Main House sleeps 8 -10

• House - downstairs:
  For small groups (4 or less), downstairs section can be rented at a discount to full house rental, by special arrangement.
  Large living-room (with wood fireplace) flowing onto covered patio. Generous open-plan kitchen. Separate dining-room (with wood fireplace).
• Fridge and separate freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, double oven and hob, microwave, colour TV and satellite decoder. 
  Two en-suite double bedrooms with optional outside entrances.
• House - Upstairs:
  Second living area with reading nook. Two large bedrooms (double and single bed in each) and separate bathroom.

Cottage - sleeps 4.

• 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 twin beds). Living / dining-room, bathroom and separate toilet, kitchen, covered patio
• Basic servicing is included - Sundays and public holidays excluded, except by special arrangement.
• Sheets and towels are changed every 5 days.
• Swimming towels are provided.

10 days minimum booking period in high season; 7 days minimum otherwise. 50% deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable on arrival.

Other Amenities and features
Pool with wooden deck. Braai facilities. Firewood supplied. Beach / pool towels.  Mountain & forest views, walks and birdlife.
Close proximity to overnight 4x4 trail (by arrangement), walking trails, country restaurants, farmstalls, polo fields, Barnyard Theatre, etc.
