Brandersig No. 6. The name is not misleading! Backing onto the Mimosa Street, and elevated, it has a panoramic view out over
the green space of the municipal gardens, and on beyond to the surfers, and the world famous ‘Supertube’ waves for which J-Bay
is so well known. No 6 is a free standing double story unit in the Brandersig complex. Access to the beach through the complex
is about 300 meters.

Upstairs is a spacious lounge/dining room leading off an open plan kitchen and scullery with dishwasher. The main bedroom en-
suite is adjacent to the lounge, and both open onto a verandah with barbeque facility, and facing the ocean. Hear the waves as you
drop off to sleep. There is an additional lounge/TV room that can be used as a bedroom, opening onto a walled stoep.

Downstairs is a self contained unit that is accessed either from the top unit, but also has a separate entrance. There is a smaller
