The cottage is over the road from the beach, it is not sea facing. It has all the comforts of home and is in a very private and secure complex and situated close to all amenities. It consists of 2bedrooms and separate kitchen with all the requirements necessary (a content list will be sent with the forms).
There are excellent restaurants in this area as well as a variety of Surf Shops. The shell museum has a collection of JBay shells as well as shells from around the world. The beaches are well known as the best place in South Africa to collect shells.
Jeffrey's Bay is close to the Garden Route or you could take a trip to Addo Elephant Park, which is approximately a 193 km drive (on the highway) and see four of South Africa's 'Big Five' namely Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo and Lion.
Jeffrey's Bay has more than enough to keep one entertained, movies, swimming, surfing shopping etc. The Trawlers fish shop has a surfers book from the 60's in which the surfers signed their names before leaving South Africa, you to can sign your name as one of the many surfers to visit Jbay.
The price for the cottage is on enquiry. Guest are required to bring their own bath and swimming towels.
Jeffrey's Bay has delightful weather even during the winter months.
